Terms of Service — Snap Shops

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Snap Shops mobile application (the "App"), operated by Best Code Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

Snap Shops is a marketplace platform that connects shoppers with independent shops. Shoppers browse shops, follow them, chat with sellers, and order physical products. Shops publish products and posts and manage their own orders. Best Code Studio is the platform provider, not the seller of the products listed by shops.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Shops, orders and payments

• Transactions are between shoppers and shops. The shop is responsible for its products, prices, descriptions, availability, fulfilment, delivery and after-sales service. Any contract for the sale of goods is between the shopper and the shop.
• Physical goods are paid to the shop through the methods the shop offers (including cash on delivery and supported payment providers). We are not a party to that payment.
• Seller subscriptions and product-listing plans (business fees shop owners pay to operate their shop and list their physical products) are processed through third-party payment providers (FastPay, FIB, ZainCash). Fees, once paid and consumed, are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
• We do not store your payment card or wallet credentials; payments are handled by the payment providers.

4. Your content and conduct

You retain ownership of the content you submit, and you grant us a licence to host, display and distribute it within the App to operate the service. You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to it.

You agree not to:

• post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, hateful, or sexually explicit content;
• sell prohibited, counterfeit, or illegal goods;
• harass, abuse, impersonate, defraud or spam other users;
• attempt to bypass payment, security, moderation or rate-limiting mechanisms;
• interfere with or disrupt the App or its infrastructure.

5. Moderation and enforcement

Content and shops may be reviewed before or after publication. We may remove content, limit features, block, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, or to protect users and the platform. Users may report content and block others through in-app tools.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its design, and its software are owned by Best Code Studio and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works of the App except as permitted by law.

7. Third-party services

The App relies on third-party services (including Google Firebase / Google Cloud, Bunny.net, and the payment providers). Their availability and terms are outside our control, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that shops, products, listings or user content are accurate, safe, lawful or of satisfactory quality, or that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Best Code Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for disputes, losses or damages arising from transactions between shoppers and shops, from user content, or from third-party services.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are violated or where necessary to protect the service or users.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, unless a mandatory local law of your country of residence applies.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
