Snap Shops is operated by Best Code Studio. If you need help with the App, your account, an order, or a payment, contact us and we'll get back to you.

Common topics

• Account: signing in, updating your profile, or deleting your account (Settings → Support → Delete Account).
• Orders & delivery: for questions about a specific order, you can also message the shop directly from its profile in the App.
• Payments: if a payment was charged but a purchase did not activate, please contact us with the date and amount and we will help resolve it.
• Shops: registering a shop, subscriptions and product listings, posting.
• Reporting: you can report content or a shop, and block users, from within the App.
